Contacts – Caller ID & Block (“App”) is a utility dialer app designed to provide full control over calls, contacts, caller ID, call blocking, speed dial, call screen customization, fake calls, flash alerts, quick responses, and multi-language support.

By installing or using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information Collection and Permissions

The App may request access to the following for proper functionality:

Phone & Calls

  • READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS
  • READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG, MODIFY_PHONE_STATE, USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT

Purpose: Making/receiving calls, caller ID, call history, call blocking, speed dial, fake calls, notifications

Contacts

  • READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS, GET_ACCOUNTS

Purpose: Display contacts, favorites, enable caller ID

Storage & Media

  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION, SET_WALLPAPER

Purpose: Custom call screen images/videos, wallpapers, personalization

Camera & Flash

  • CAMERA, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, VIBRATE

Purpose: Flash alerts, camera-based features, device vibration notifications

Notifications & Overlay

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS, ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY, SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, ACTION_MANAGE_OVERLAY_PERMISSION

Purpose: Incoming call notifications, call screen overlays, quick responses

Network & Analytics

  • INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, WAKE_LOCK, ACCESS_DOWNLOAD_MANAGER, com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE

Purpose: Serving ads, analytics, crash reporting, remote notifications

All permissions are used only to enable app features. Users may revoke permissions anytime through system settings.

2. External SDKs

  • AdMob (Google Ads) – display advertisements
  • Facebook Audience Network – display ads
  • Analytics SDKs – app usage statistics, crash reporting, performance optimization

These SDKs may collect anonymous usage and device data. Personal data is not shared without user consent.

3. Children’s Privacy

  • The App is not intended for children under 13 years.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children.
  • If personal information is collected from a child, it will be promptly deleted.
  • Parents/guardians should supervise children’s device and app usage.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must use this App lawfully and responsibly.
  • Misuse, illegal activity, or violation of laws using the App is solely the user’s responsibility.

  • We, the developer, are not responsible for any misuse, damage, data loss, or legal consequences caused by using this App.
